Keeping It Green Irrigation

We offer two discounted options for Annual Service Contracts:

1) Standard: Includes Spring Start Up & Winterization

OR

2) Premium: Includes Spring Start Up, Mid Season Walk Through, & Winterization

* Please call or email for pricing. Contract price covers 8 zones or less. All additional zones will be billed at time of service

for an additional $5.00 per zone*

Definition of Services:

• Spring Start Up: Pressurize main line, thoroughly inspect each zone & adjust individual heads, install new batteries if needed,

set the controller to the spring setting upon completion. Each new customer will receive a hand- drawn map of their system and

zone list with locations. (Standard & Premium)

• Mid Season Walk Through: Check for visual leaks, inspect and adjust all heads for optimum coverage, set timer to summer setting. (Premium contracts only)

• Winterization: Removal of water from main line and all zone lines, using a commercial grade air compressor. Shut down of timer

and any hose bibs connected to irrigation system. (Standard & Premium)

• This contract runs from April through November of the year dated and must be received before Spring Turn On service *
