Who We Are

Keeping It Green Irrigation is owned and operated by a husband and wife team, Mike & Jackie Hieber. We have a combined 17 years in the irrigation industry and are committed to giving you personalized attention. Our streamlined company with no middle man allows us a low overhead that we are able to pass on to our customers with great service at a great price. No call answering service here~ when you call we will have full knowledge of your past history with us and in most cases the same technician will come to your home each visit.

Our experience has taught us how to install and maintain a premium sprinkler system with full head to head coverage. All of our technicians are fully trained, knowledgeable, and willing to explain the ins and outs of your system to you. As a courtesy to first time customers, we provide a hand-drawn map of your system and a zone location list. We are happy to guide you through each step of the installation process; from design to permits to install and maintenance, we are here for you!

What truly makes us different from the competition is our commitment to our community & environment. We do our best to use recycled & recyclable materials whenever possible. Our vehicles are hybrid or considered “above average” in fuel economy and we use the most advanced technology in the industry to conserve water (which also saves on your bills.) Whenever possible, we will repair broken parts to your system instead of replacing them, avoiding unnecessary waste and saving you money. Also, once you are registered in our system, you can choose to go completely paperless with communications and billing.

At Keeping It Green, we know that what you give is what you get. We are proud to donate our time to support such organizations as Grow It Green Morristown, which runs a community vegetable garden, Urban Farm, & educational center; as well as the Community Food Bank of NJ. Twice a year when we service your system, we will collect any food items that you would like to donate and personally deliver them to the food bank.
